Speaker reserves order on Arya

Uttarakhand Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal today reserved his order on the membership of BJP MLA Bhimlal Arya who makes no bones about his opposition to his own party and his support for former Chief Minister Harish Rawat.
The Speaker has heard both the sides and reserved his order, state assembly sources here said.
The BJP which has already suspended Arya had petitioned the Speaker about a fortnight ago seeking his disqualification.
Arya had absented himself from Uttarakhand Assembly on March 18 when crisis erupted in the House leading to the imposition of President's rule in the state.
