Spice Jet flight to Port Blair departs after 7-hour delay

Over 100 passengeres of a Port Blair-bound Spice Jet flight from here were put to hardship as it suffered a delay of more than seven hours today.

The departure, scheduled for noon, was put off due to delayed arrival of the "connecting flight", airport sources said.

The flight finally took off at 7.35 pm with 128 passengers onboard, they said.
