Spice Mobility incorporate an IoT subsidiary
"...The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company in the name of 'Spice IoT Solutions Private Limited," Spice Mobility said in a BSE filing.
Spice IoT is a new incorporated company with a paid up capital of Rs 1 lakh, the filing said.
Under IoT, products that are not used for accessing internet but are being connected to it enabling people to operate such products with help of internet like car, refrigerator, washing machine, air condition, TV etc.
