While Patna received 4.8 mm rains, Bhagalpur and Purnea registered 5.2 mm rains respectively in the past 24 hours, Met office said.
The maximum temperature in Patna was 37 degree Celsius.
The temple town of Gaya recorded 36.9 degrees C maximum temperature which was 36.4 degrees C in Bhagalpur and 36.2 degrees C in Purnea, it said.
Though temperature eased a little in major parts of Bihar, humidity continued to force citizens sweat out.
While Patna witnessed 71 per cent humidity, it was 80 per cent in Bhagalpur and 84 per cent in Purnea.
