The Secretary of the Federation has submitted a memorandum of demands to the chief Minister stating that the Government has failed to implement its promises.
"There has been spate in number of court cases since the act was forced and it has resulted in several problems for sports associations. The RCA has been the biggest beneficiary of this act," the secretary of the Federation, Yash Pratap Singh, claimed.
"The MOU with RCA regarding the use of the multipurpose Sawai Man Singh stadium should be quashed immediately," he added.
Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh have decided to do away with the Sports Act but the Rajasthan Government is continuing with it.
It was in 2005 that the Sports Act was introduced in the State by then Vasundhara Raje Government to pave way for Former RCA President Lalit Modi and to facilitate his plans, a MOU was signed with RCA.
"The RCA under the garb of the MOU has been running a Hotel and restaurant in the premises apart from allowing a mobile tower on the RCA academy building which is totally against the spirit in which this land was granted by the Maharaja of Jaipur," Singh said.
"The high court has also issued a ban on running commercial activities in SMS premises. The MOU is coming to end on 21-07-12 and we have urged the government not to extend it and develop the SMS complex as multipurpose stadium.
"It is a big irony that RCA is earning huge money from MOU with government and State Sports council while other associations have to pay for making use of the facilities in the stadium. The Sports Council has failed to collect the dues which amount to almost 13 crores from the RCA," he added.
