The differently-abled high-jumper, Sharad has been allocated a budget of Rs 30 lakhs from NSDF for training from August 2015 till the Para Games in 2016.
Financial assistance has been provided for training at IMG Academy, Bradenton, Florida (USA) and for the participation in the competition in Brazil next year.
Sharad has been allotted a sum of Rs 45,000 for 25 visit to the physiotherapist, Rs 18000 for 10 sessions to the sports psychologist and expenses to be incurred on masseur is Rs 13,500 for 15 visits.
