Srei procures Rs 500 cr biz from EXCON 2015

Srei Equipment Finance Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between Srei Infrastructure and BNP Paribas, expects its business from the recently concluded EXCON 2015 to cross Rs 500 crore.
"EXCON 2015 has exceeded our expectation. We were hopeful that this event would lift up the spirit of the infrastructure equipment sector, which has gone through a challenging phase in the last 2-3 years, and will be a growth catalyst for equipment demand in the near future", Srei Equipment CEO Devendra Vyas said in a statement.
For this edition of EXCON, the company had tied up with more than 20 reputed global equipment manufacturers and came up with a lot of exciting schemes for the customers at the event, the company said.

EXCON, an international construction equipment and construction technology trade fair, is a bi-annual event organised by the Confederation of India Industry.
