SSB head constable commits suicide

A Head Constable of Shastra Seema Bal allegedly committed suicide after consuming poison, a senior officer said here today.
Mantoo Talukdar (40) of 50 battalion consumed poison late last night and was rushed to a hospital, but he died on the eway, assistant commandant Ashwini Kumar told reporters.
He said that motive behind the suicide was not clear.
Kumar said that IG SSB Avinash Chandra would inquire into the matter.
