As part of the partnership, Getit has launched a 'ScaleIQ Innovation Zone' at Startup Village in Kalamassery here. This is aimed at providing unlimited market access and mentoring to the startups.
"With Startup village attracting applications from across the country, the scale of operations at the village now provides leading technology companies a single window access to talent. We are happy to have Getit on board", said Sanjay Vijayakumar, Chairman, Startup Village.
Jaspreet Bindra, Chief Executive Officer, Getit Infomedia, said: 'We will initially select 15 startups from a list of 100 and they will receive mentoring and technical support from us. We will help the companies gain market access through our vast network of consumers and business houses which will help the startups accelerate their growth'.
The startups will also be able to access the company's expertise, application-programming interface (API), GMT Gateways etc. Besides these, Getit will provide the innovation zone with equipment, including two Apple desktop computers, two Apple laptops and one high quality printer.
This partnership will enable startups that are ready to take their products or services to the market through the existing networks that Getit Infomedia already has.
