Public Prosecutor Aruna Kamat-Pai said the list of 'double allottees' was ready, and would be submitted to the court after it was signed by the authorised officer.
The division bench headed by Justice P V Hardas asked the government to give the list in a sealed cover on September 30, the next date of hearing.
Petitioner Ketan Tirodkar has alleged in this Public Interest Litigation that in several cases, two or more flats from the CM's quota were allotted to the same person, or his/her spouse, or a family member, which is against the rules.
Tirodkar has pointed out some cases where journalist couples got adjacent flats, as also the cases where politicians and their relatives have got flats.
