Stay on Trinamool MP's recording of confession

A local court today ordered a stay on the recording of confessions of suspended Trinamool MP Kunal Ghosh who was arrested for alleged involvement in the multi-crore Saradha scam.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of Bidhannagar court Apurba Kumar Ghosh ordered a stay till December 13 on the recording of confessions of Ghosh.
The court also served a show-cause notice to the jailor of Dum Dum Central Jail for letting Ghosh to be taken by police of neighbouring Howrah district.
Ghosh is now in judicial custody.
