Scott, 18, will play the 61-year-old "James Bond" star's daughter in the film, being directed by John Moore, reported Deadline.
The movie is about a successful owner of a private jet business, who finds himself pitted against a disgruntled young IT consultant who begins stalking his daughter and using technology to threaten his family, business and life.
The role of the villain has not been cast.
Moore came on as director in August with William Wisher ('Terminator 2'), who rewrote the script.
