The class, which will cost USD 90, will be available through internet-education startup MasterClass. Enrollees will have access to more than 25 video lessons led by Martin, covering topics like finding your comedic voice and nailing an act, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
"I'm so honoured to be invited into your home, phone or wearable," Martin said in a statement.
The platform offered earlier online video classes by Christina Aguilera, Kevin Spacey, Usher, Gordon Ramsay and Serena Williams.
