Students should read Rao Beeda's biography: Raje

Rajasthan Chief minister Vasundhara Raje today unveiled the statue of historic personality Rao Beeda Rathore in Churu district and said students should read his biography.
Addressing people on the occasion at Gopalpura village of Sujangarh tehsil, she said that Rao Beeda had played an important role in social reform and students should read his biography.
Highlighting the recently launched a 'mukhymantri jal swavalamban abhiyan' to make village self reliant in water, she called upon the people to actively participate in the campaign.
Union MoS for external affairs V K Singh said that Rao Beeda had taken up the issue of justice and development 500 years back and he had a high contribution to the history of the state.
The state health minister Rajendra Rathore, deputy speaker of assembly Rao Rajendra Singh and others were present on the occasion.
