The 27-year-old Paul last conceded a goal in a 1-5 loss against Chennaiyin FC, on October 28. Since then, Paul has denied Kerala Blasters in two matches from scoring a goal while also keeping out Goa and Delhi Dynamos.
Paul, who was dubbed the 'Indian Spiderman' by the South Korean media due to his athleticism during the 2011 Asian Cup, is the only goalkeeper to have played each and every minute of his team's ISL campaign.
Paul plied his trade in the Danish Superliga (Denmark's topmost football league) with FC Vestsjaelland.
Nearly five months after becoming ISL's first-ever draft pick, Paul has already repaid the faith Mumbai placed in him.
