Sula Vineyards appoints Nick Pringle as COO

Homegrown wine company Sula Vineyards today announced appointment of Nick Pringle as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) with immediate effect.
He will oversee strategy and operations in his capacity as COO and work closely with company founder and CEO Rajeev Samant, Sula Vineyards said in a statement.
Commenting on the appointment, Samant said Pringle brought a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Accolade Wines and AB InBev and is the right person to help steer Sula Vineyards to even greater heights.
Pringle has over 20 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, including 12 years at AB InBev. He also worked at Constellation assuming a variety of roles and eventually joined Accolade Wines to strengthen Hardys globally in 2011.

On his new role, Pringle said India is a very young and dynamic market and has immense potential to grow in the wine sector.
"Despite barriers, Sula entered the wine industry here in India and carved a niche for itself as both, the best and leading wine company," he added.
