Surprised Anas Edathodika not part of Indian team: Carlos

Delhi dynamos marquee manager cum player Roberto Carlos today gave his stamp of approval to Anas Edathodika and said the Indian is good enough to be a key player in the national team.
Carlos was relieved after his side finally broke a run of thee draws at home with a 3-1 win over Pune City FC in the Indian super league football here today.
"Anas has improved massively and I am surprised he is not part of the Indian national team. That is my view and I don't know what (Indian football coach) Constantine think," Carlos, a Brazilian World Cup winner and a Real Madrid legend, told reporters after the match at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium.
The 42-year-old Carlos was happy with the performance of his team and said he will expect his players to perform better in the coming games.
Carlos backed his former club real to win the upcoming El Classico against Barcelona.
He also said Neymar is the the best player currently in international football.
Talking about midfield maestro Florent Malouda, Carlos said he would love to play with the former French international in all the games.
Pune coach David Platt said his side is not lacking in motivation and talent.
"We can't say anything when the goals come from set pieces, the Englishman said.
