He has come a long way since his television days and then making a Bollywood entry with "Kai Po Che". He wants to share his success with his near and dear ones back home.
The actor has requested the production house (YRF) if it is possible to visit Patna for promotions of the film.
"Sushant is very keen to promote the film in his hometown Patna. Having come from the city, he is emotionally tied to it and would love to visit his town with his co-stars - Parineeti and Vaani. We are yet to freeze on the promotion plans but will take a call on it soon," a spokesperson of the film said.
Releasing on September 6, the film is directed by Maneesh Sharma.
