Suspect in rape case found murdered

The body of a 28-year-old man, who was wanted in connection with a rape case, was today found under a railway bridge near here, police said.
Sudalaimuthu, staying with his wife and children near here, was absconding for the last three months and he had returned only yesterday, they said.
His body was found this morning with injuries on his face and private parts, police said, adding, he was allegedly beaten to death with stones.
It is suspected that he might have been murdered as a revenge for sexually abusing a woman, they said.
