A 30-year-old suspected drug trafficker, who was carrying a reward of Rs one lakh on his arrest, was arrested and heroin worth over Rs four crore was recovered from his possession, police said today.
The accused, Riyaaz Khan alias Babu, was arrested from his brother's house in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly by a team of special cell, they added.
One kg of fine quality heroin worth more than Rs four crore in the international market was recovered from his house at Bareilly and mobile phones with SIM cards used for drug trafficking were also recovered, the police said.
