District Judge V V Bambarde granted interim bail to Jadhav while hearing his plea for pre-arrest bail.
Advocate Rajan Salunke, appearing for Jadhav, said his client was framed up and the FIR in the case was registered after one month.
The judge directed Jadhav to report at Thane Nagar police station every day between 11.00 a.M. And 2.00. P.M.
The court will hear his pre-arrest bail plea further on November 3.
Jadhav is facing a case of obstructing the jail staff from doing their duty, based on a complaint filed by constable Sharad Shaikh.
Jadhav was suspended earlier following a complaint of molestation by a lady constable.
