The full bench of SVC comprising Kuldeep Khoda, R K Jerath and Gous-ul-Nisa Jeelani has summoned the director floriculture for his personal appearance before the Commission onAugust 2 forexplainingthe reasons of failure on his part to act on the complaint filed by Sheikh Nyeem Ahmed, an SVC spokesman said.
He said that the complainant had brought to the notice of the commission about the illegal occupation of shop outside the Cheshma Shahi Mughal garden in Srinagar which resulted to huge monetary loss to the state government, he said.
The SVC has summoned the director floriculture to appear before the commission to explain his stand for not following the norms in the allotment of the shop.
