Proposals in this regard were sent to the legislature secretary, a release from the Chief Minister's office said.
The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the legislature would meet on October 26 and decide on the duration of the session, it said.
Telangana has a bicameral legislature.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to put forth a proposal that the schedule for the legislature session be prepared for a month with at least 15 to 20 working days, it said.
Rao, who held a meeting with ministers and officials on the issue, said the government is ready to conduct the session for any number of days.
"We have no objection on whatever issues the Opposition raises. We are ready to debate on any issue," the release quoted him as saying.
He said that there should be debate on the measures taken by the government for protection of Telugu language and also the proposed Telangana world Telugu conference.
The state government has recently made Telugu a compulsory subject from first to 12th standard.
Rao also favoured passing fresh resolutions on issues like bifurcation of High Court (between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) and sending them afresh to "exert pressure" on the Centre.
The other issues on which fresh resolutions are proposed to be passed include increasing reservations for minorities and STs, Income Tax exemption for employees of state-run Singareni Collieries and establishment of AIIMS in Telangana.
"Let us pass these resolutions once again and send it to the Centre there by exert pressure," the release quoted Rao as saying.
