A decision to this effect was taken by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at a meeting held with ministers and officials on the RTC, a release from his office said.
The special increment in salaries was earlier announced for state government employees following the realisation of separate statehood demand.
Around 56,000 employees of the RTC would benefit by the move, it said.
Rao approved the logo and design of buses for Telangana RTC, post-division of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), the release said, adding that the government has decided to run luxury buses from about 60 cities and towns in Telangana to Hyderabad.
