The death of the woman was reported on the intervening night of January 19-20, Gandhi Government Hospital Superintendent Venkateswara Reddy said here.
Only one patient, a 10-month-old baby, is undergoing treatment for the viral infection at the hospital, he said.
A bulletin issued by the state government today said the total number of deaths till date since August 1 last year stood at ten.
Seven among 42 cases tested positive for the virus yesterday, the bulletin said.
Sufficient stock of medicines and testing kits were available in the State, the bulletin added.
State Health Minister C Laxma Reddy said the health department is fully prepared to deal with the spread of swine flu and that people need not panic.
The minister, who visited the state-run Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), said adequate stock of medicines are available in the state.
Noting that swine flu is not a disease that cannot be treated, he said it would be easy to treat the infection if it is detected at an early stage, according to a state government release.
