The competent authority has approved the premature repatriation of Kumar, a 1983 batch IAS officer, to his parent cadre, an official release issued today said.
It did not mention the reason for his premature repatriation. Kumar is working as Director General, Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology (CAPART).
