Tantrik arrested for allegedly raping a girl

A Tantrik (witch doctor) who allegedly raped a girl threatening to kill her brothers with power of kala jadu (black magic) has been arrested while a co-accused is still absconding, police said today.
The accused Tantrik Abdulla Musharaff, a resident of Shiv Puri locality of Vijay Nagar area in Ghaziabad has been arrested while his accomplice and co-accused Akshay Rajouriya alias Honey is still absconding, said Ajay Kumar, DCP of East Delhi.
A complaint was lodged at Shakarpur police station by the 23 year old victim on July 24. She had alleged in her complaint that about a year ago she was taken to the Tantrik in Vijay Nagar (Ghaziabad) by her neighbour Akshay where the duo allegedly raped and prepared a video clip of the act.

The Tantrik had threatened her that he will kill her brothers using Kala Jadu, she said in her police complaint.
Akshay allegedly took her to the Tantrik again on July 4 this year where she was drugged, beaten and sexually assaulted by the duo for 19 days while confined in a room, said the officer.
Two other men known to Abdulla allegedly raped her during this period. Her Jewellery and mobile phone were also snatched away after signing some blank papers.
The Tantrik used to lure followers claiming to have spiritual powers. He is married and have five children.
Investigation in the case is going on and efforts are being made to arrest Akshay and two other accused who were involved in the crime, the police officer added.
