Tara Singh Vachani appointed as director on Max India board

Tara Singh Vachani, the daughter of Max India group founder Analjit Singh, has been appointed as director on the board of Max India.
"Tara Singh Vachani, the CEO of Antara Senior Living has been elevated as the Managing Director of Antara Senior Living and also inducted as a Director on the Board of Max India Limited", Max India said in a statement.
Vachani is the youngest member in the history of the Max Group to hold a board position, it added.
Max India Limited has now been demerged into three listed companies, which include Max Financial Services, Max India and Max Ventures and Industries.

Vachani joined the group in 2008 and actively participates in the CSR arm of the group.
Antara Senior Living is a part of Max India Group. It focuses on improving the lives of seniors by creating vibrant residential communities that offer lifestyle with lifecare.
The first Antara community is coming up in Dehradun.
