Fast bowler Taskin Ahmed has been ruled out of Bangladesh A's tour of India after sustaining a side strain in their crushing 96-run loss to India A in the first of the three-match One day series.
Taskin will be replaced by rookie pacer Kamrul Islam Rabbi, who will be joining the squad at the earliest.
Taskin today bowled only spell of five overs taking 1 for 46 in the process. He did come to bat as Bangladesh A struggled in their 323-run chase but was adjudged leg before off Gurkeerat. He was the last man to fall as India A won the match by 96 runs.
Rabbi, is a 23-year-old right-arm pacer who has 15 wickets from 11 List A matches in the 2014-15 season and 21 first-class wickets at an average of 54.47.
