Tata Asset Management appoints R Ganesh as MD, CEO

Tata Asset Management has appointed R Ganesh as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director with effect from June 29.
He will take over from Arvind Sethi, who had also been an Independent Director of the company, Tata Asset Management said in a statement here today.
Ganesh comes to the leading asset management firm from Blackrock Inc, where he was Managing Director.
"The company is going through an interesting growth phase and R Ganesh's appointment comes at the opportune time. He brings with him a rich global experience of growing organisations. His ability to lead high performing teams to the next level of excellence and growth will benefit our organisation," Tata Asset Management Chairman F N Subedar said.
