Tata Docomo launches customised solutions for pre-paid users

Telecom service provider Tata Docomo has launched a special recharge for pre-paid customers which extends the validity based on the customer's usage pattern.
The new offer, RC-24, offers a default three days validity upon recharge. It can go up to 30 days, based on the customer's usage pattern.
"It also offers personalised offers for customers such as full talk time, STD packs, based upon their usage pattern, Tata Docomo said in a statement.
"RC 24 is a refreshingly different offer which is available for Tata Docomo customers throughout Tamil Nadu. With
free on Net calls, our customers can talk more and stay connected.

"RC-24 is also a step for us to further strengthen our rural initiatives outreach programme and enable our users to utilise the services at the fullest", Tata Docomo, Head-Mobile Business Unit, Balaji Prakash said.
Tata Docomo has customised its products and services to suit the needs and demands of its customers, as the trend in the industry is moving towards personalisation, the statement added.
