Tata Housing has received all the required approvals to develop this project and expected to launch it by January-end, sources said.
This project would be the most luxurious project in Kolkata with apartment price likely to be over Rs 4 crore.
Sources said the project cost is estimated at about Rs 350 crore.
Tata Housing has delivered over a million sq feet of residential project and is expected to deliver over a million sq feet in next one year.
