"The service is targeted at not only the lovers of classic films but also gives the audience of today an opportunity to connect with the glorious era of Indian cinema," Tata Sky Chief Commercial Officer Pallavi Puri said.
The new service will also feature created content such as interviews and movies of a legendary artist through the month, biographies of legends, apart from the classic movies.
"The service is designed specially to reconnect the golden era of Bollywood with today's audience. The programming of the service includes shows created by our team and movies that have gone missing from television," Shemaroo Entertainment director Hiren Gada said.

Moglix launches affordable GST tool for manufacturing sector * Ratan Tata-backed B2B e-commerce marketplace Moglix announced the launch of Green GST - a SAAS-based GST application solution for manufacturing units across India.
The Green GST solution will be offered free of cost for a 30-day trial period to a user or companies with turnover below USD 4 million, it said.
Post the trial, the service will be chargeable, at subsidised costs related to GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) transaction, it said.
The cost will be valid for up to 2,400 invoices a year for a single user.

Livspace invests Rs 25 cr in online to offline initiatives * Home interior design and execution platform Livspace has opened four flagship virtual reality-enabled design centres across top metro cities to bring an omnichannel design experience to homeowners.
The centres in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi and Gurgaon add to existing footprint of 11 experience facilities so far.
The company expects to collectively launch 25 such setups through 2018, and double its revenues by mid-2018, it added.
