Tata Steel West Bokaro gets 'Golden Peacock Environment Award'
Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Prakash Javadekar presented the award at '17th World Congress on Environment Management' held in the national capital, the steel major said in a statement.
"It is a matter of pride and honour to receive the award. Tata Steel has always believed that respect for the environment is critical to the success of its business and strives for continuous improvement in environmental performance," Tata Steel West Bokaro GM Sanjay Rajoria said.
