The 25-year-old trend-setting pop star and dapper actor, 43, will serve as honorary co-chairs at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Benefit in New York City, which many consider to be the Oscars of the style world on May 2 next year, reported the New York Post.
They will share the job with US Vogue's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, designers Karl Lagerfeld, Nicolas Ghesquiere, and Miuccia Prada, as well as Apple's chief design officer Jonathan Ive.
Ive and Apple will have a strong presence at fashion's biggest night, as the theme of the 2016 event is Manus x MAChina: Fashion in an Age of Technology, after the Met exhibition of the same name, which will take a close look at the impact technology has on fashion.
