Swift, 26, is now listed as a songwriter-composer for the song on BMI, the performing arts organization that collects license fees and distributes royalties to artists.
The change was instituted late last week, reported Entertainment Weekly.
Upon its release, the hit track, which features Rihanna, listed Harris, 32, and one Nils Sjoberg as the songwriter-composers.
The BMI record has since been amended after, last week, it was confirmed that Swift co-wrote the single under the Sjoberg pseudonym.
