TDP expels senior leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu from party

The TDP tonight expelled senior leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu from the party for levelling 'baseless allegations' against the party leadership.

In a statement tonight, TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu said Motkupalli was being expelled from the party for "indiscipline and levelling baseless allegations against the party leadership".

The action was based on a report submitted by the TDP's Telangana unit, he said.
