Tea-stall owner held for rape

A tea-stall owner of Bhanjnagar in Ganjam district was arrested today for allegedly raping a six-year-old girl last week.
The accused was identified as Siba Sahu (22), an unmarried person, sub-divisional police officer, Bhanjanagar R C Sethi said.
The girl had gone to his shop to bye milk when Sahu allegedly lured the student of standard I with chocolate and raped her.
The victim's father lodged an FIR after the girl narrated the incident, police said.
