Bhuvnesh (42) had allegedly raped the 16-year-old student repeatedly and forced her to abort when she became pregnant, police said today.
Police arrested Bhuvnesh yesterday night after preliminary investigations.
When she became pregnant, Bhuvnesh forced her to have abortion and the fetus was dumped by the girl near the school in Asind town, police said.
Meanwhile, locals launched a demonstration in the town demanding stern action against the accused.
