Tech Mahindra today opened the first Center of Excellence for Google tools in Malaysia, bringing transformational solutions to enterprises across the Asia Pacific region.
The first Center of Excellence (CoE) at its Global Solution Center in Cyberjaya, aims to be the hub of innovation in the region and to focus on nurturing and building solutions with the best combination of products and technologies.
This initiative is also a part of Tech Mahindra's work with Google to promote products, technologies and solutions for digital transformation across enterprises.
The CoE in Malaysia brings technologies and solutions closer to the regional businesses and is aimed at creating highly effective, collaborative and productive business environments within organisations, said Tech Mahindra in a statement.
The CoE showcases a range of Google for Work products for example Google Apps for Work, Google Maps for Work, Google Search for Work and Google Cloud Platform.
At the CoE, businesses and technology experts will be able to see some of the industry solutions that Tech Mahindra has developed on top of Google's products.
These products include the end-to-end Supply Chain Visibility and Connected Healthcare.
Malaysian customers can leverage the offerings from the CoE ranging from consulting, solution architecture, custom implementations and multi-technology integration.
Rohit Gandhi, Head-Asia Pacific, India, Middle East & Africa, Tech Mahindra (Enterprise) said, "Tech Mahindra has further strengthened its presence in Malaysia with the inauguration of this CoE."
This move will bring industry-specific solutions that enable enterprises to accelerate their transformation by leveraging best-in-class technologies.
"It marks a significant step strengthening our partnership with Google and our synergy brings unique offerings that bundles the future products and solutions for today's businesses," Kevin Akhurst, Director, Google for Work Asia Pacific said.
"Tech Mahindra's new CoE will give businesses a central place to see the kinds of technology solutions that can be developed for their business, and will train technology experts so they can share this knowledge and skills with more businesses across the Asia Pacific region," he added.
