Prince alias Annu (19) sustained bullet injuries yesterday and died on the spot, they said, adding that family members of a retired policeman Devi Prasad had allegedly fired the shot.
Police said that on a complaint filed by victim's mother Sheela, a case has been lodged against Prasad and his relative Mintu.
