The incident took place last night when she had gone to fetch water from hand pump and the accused took her to a nearby place and raped her, police said.
An FIR was lodged by the victim's father against Javed, Jan Mohammad and Mamu, police said.
The girl has been sent for medical examination, police said, adding efforts are on to nab the absconding trio.
