Teesta water is also important to us: Bangla minister

Teesta river water is as important for Bangladesh as for India, Bangladesh Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and IT Abdul Latif Siddiqui today said.
"Teesta water is important for both the countries," he said during a CII session here.
When reporters pressed for more details on the same, the minister said, "What I said was more emotional than political."
He said, "Teesta water sharing is not my department, I handle Information Technology.
