Tehsildar in ACB net for taking bribe

A tehsildar of Bheemunipatnam in Visakhapatham district of Andhra Pradesh has been trapped by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 15,000.
S Siddaiah was caught red-handed by the ACB officials at his chambers in MRO office yesterday while accepting the bribe amount of Rs 15,000 from a complainant doing an official favour, an ACB release said here today.
The bribe amount was recovered from the tehsildar at his instance and he would be arrested. The case is under investigation.
