The former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister would also tell the people during the "Nyaya Yatra" about alleged corruption in the government, increasing crime graph, development coming to a standstill, RJD spokesman Shakti Singh Yadav told PTI.
Without specifying when the Yatra would be concluded, the spokesman said it would be carried out in a phased manner.
Kicking off the Yatra from Katihar on February 10, Yadav would cover Purnea division in its first leg.
Bihar Deputy CM and senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi took a dig at Tejashwi Yadav saying RJD supremo Lalu Prasad's son should seek an apology from the people during his Yatra and declare that he would donate his and his family's "benami properties" among the poor.
He should also apologise for the fodder scam in which his father has been convicted by three courts, Modi said in a statement.
