Temporary posts of Director of Social security schemes san'ed

: The Tamil Nadu government tonight accorded sanction for temporary posts of Director of Social security schemes and Special officer, Chief Minister's special cell for a one year period with effect from the date of appointment.
Accordingly S Malarvizhi, Managing Director, Salem Cooperative sugar mills, Mohanur,Namakkal,has been transferred and posted as Director of Social Security Schemes in place of Asish Chatterjee, holding additional charge.
Malarvizhi would also function as ex-offico Joint Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Disaster Management and Mitigation Department, an official release said.
It said S Palanisamy,District Revenue Officer,Kanyakumari District, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to Government, school education department, in the cadre post.

Dr S Prabhakaran, Senior Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Coimbatore, has been transferred and posted as Director of Sericulture, Salem, in place of Harmander Singh, holding additional charge.
K S Kandasamy, Senior Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Ltd, has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner of Land Administration in the cadre post.

The release said C Kathiravan, General Manager, Salem District Cooperative Milk Producers Union,has been transferred and posted as Additional Director, Agriculture in cadre post.
F Innocent Divya,Special Officer, Chief Minister's Special Cell has been posted to act as Special Officer, CM's special cell.

The services of S Suresh Kumar, District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur District,have been placed at disposal of Tamil Nadu Watershed Development Agency for appointement as Executive director, in place of S Vasuki, holding additional charge.
M Lakshmi, Assistant Commissioner (GA&P), Corporation of Chennai,has been posted to act as Regional Deputy Commissioner (North), Corporation of Chennai in the IAS cadre.
R Gajalakshmi, Joint MD, Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation, has been posted to act as Joint Managing Director,Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Ltd in the IAS cadre.
The release said the services of S Ganesh, District Revenue Officer, Erode, are placed at disposal of Tamil Nadu water Supply and Drainage Board for appointement as its MD.

It said the terms and conditions of deputation of Suresh Kumar, M Lakshmi, R Gajalakshmi and S Ganesh, IAS on foreign service would be governed as per orders issued in G.O. No 167, Public (Special A) department, dated February 21 1994.
