The case pertains to an incident on August 8, when ten persons entered into the house of Satish in village Bhargain in Kotwali Raja ka Rampur, and shot at him, police said, adding, old enmity is being suspected as the cause behind the incident.
The victim has alleged that the FIR was not being lodged until the court intervened.
Station House Officer Kotwali Raja ka Rampur Adiytya Kumar said an FIR has been lodged for attemot to murder and further investigation was on, adding, no arrest has been made so far.
