Tension grips village as minor found dead in UP

Tension gripped Bijua village in Bhira area of the district after a minor boy was found dead in a sugarcane field today, police said.
Abhishek (12) was found dead in suspicious circumstances inside a sugarcane field with his hands and feet tied with ropes, they said.
The boy was reported missing since he had gone to the fields in the morning, police said.
Police have detained an accused, Yakub, in the case.
Additional police force was deployed in the village in view of tension with District Magistrate Kinjal Singh and Superintendent of Police (SP) Arvind Sen Yadav also reaching there to handle the situation.

According to the SP, the situation was under control and the accused had been taken into custody for interrogation.
