Thakur condoles death of Air Force pilot from Mandi

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has expressed grief over the death of Kartik Thakur, a Pilot in the Air Force, who belonged to Lahla village in Lad-Badhol Tehsil of Mandi district.

Stating this here Monday, an official spokesperson said 23-year-old Kartik Thakur was posted at Hyderabad and had gone to Kolkata for training where he died in an accident.

The chief minister expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed for peace to the departed soul, the spokesperson said.
