The trio held hands and took selfies of each other with their cellphones on the red carpet for a screening of the movie at Auditorium Parco Della Musica, reported Contactmusic.
The stars were joined by co-star Julian Wadham and producer Paul Zaentz.
The 1996 movie adaptation of Michael Ondaatje's book picked up nine Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Director (the late Anthony Minghella), Best Cinematography, and Best Supporting Actress (Binoche).
Kristen, who was nominated for Best Actress for her role in the film, recently said that the film remains one of her favourites.
